Registration

Registration to the workshop is made in the form of a Pre-registration and a final registration. Participation in the school is limited.

Pre-registration

Please fill the on-line registration form (this will open a new page with registration details).

Deadline for pre-registration is July 15th 2011. Accepted attendees will receive written notification including details on payment.

A limited number of registration slots will be assigned to co-workers of the speakers, which slots will open up after June 1st 2011, if unfilled. Apart from this, registration will occur in the order in which materials have been received and approved.

 

Posters and Oral Presentations

Every participant is welcome to submit a title and 300-word abstract for a presentation which can be uploaded in the on-line registration form. We will try to accommodate as many posters as we can, rotating them if necessary. Those who indicate on the on-line registration form that they would like to give a brief oral presentation during one of the sessions, will be entered into a competition for such presentations. Selected speakers will be notified in time and receive a Travel fellowship consisting in a 50% reduction in the registration fee.

 

Final registration and payment

Accepted attendees will be notified and will receive written notification including details on payment (to be made by bank transfer). Payment of the registration fee is due by September 15th 2011.

Participation Fee is all-inclusive and covers registration + lodging + meals. The fee also covers shuttle service between the Airport of Palermo (or Trapani) and the meeting site. The fee also includes a one-day trip to the a greek temple scheduled during the conference. It does not cover travel to and from Palermo.
